Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also seeks liberty to file application before the trial Court under Section 152 of the CPC for correction in the details of respondent No.3 in the judgment and decree of Civil Suit No.27B/2014 dated 13-11-2015. 2.

The petition is disposed off accordingly with the liberty as aforesaid. The trial Court is also directed to consider on the application filed under Section 152 of the CPC in accordance with law.
