1. The contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 11.03.2019 passed in WPS 1666/2019.

2. Directions given by this Court was for the respondents to take appropriate decision so far as the claim of the petitioner for the regularization in service.

3. Respondents have entered appearance and have along with their reply filed document Annexure R/3-1 whereby the claim of the petitioner has since been rejected vide order dated 29.11.2019 Annexure R/3-1.

4. Given the fact that respondents have taken a decision in terms of the directions given by this Court stands duly complied with. In the event

if petitioner is not satisfied with the respondents it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same a fresh by a fresh proceeding.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
