1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the only grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners are working with the revenue department of the respondent since 1983 & 1998, respectively, thereafter their services have been renewed anually over all they are in job for the last more than 15 years. It is contended that considering the plight of the petitioners, the Collector itself has made a recommendation by letter dated 05.02.2019 (Annexure P-3) which has been sent by the State by Annexure P-4 and their regularization is being under consideration. The only prayer has been made that since the petitioners have rendered more than 15 years of service, however, they have not been regularized, therefore, their prayer for regularization may be considered as early as possible in accordance with law.

2. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioners that the petitioners are working for the last more than 15 years in the department of Revenue and the recommendation has also been made that the services of the petitioners may be regularized, which is also under consideration by the State. Taking into such fact, the respondents are directed to consider the prayer for regularization of the petitioners as 15 years have already passed, the exercise may be carried out for consideration of regularization of the petitioners within an outer limit of 6 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
