1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner in order to accommodate Respondent No. 3 has been transferred from District Bilaspur to District Korea C.G.

2. It is contended that Respondent No. 3 by order dated 23.08.2019 (Annexure P-8) was transferred from District Bilaspur to District Janjgir-Champa and within two weeks again she has been managed to brought back to District Bilaspur vide order dated 10.10.2019, therefore, it is a clear case in order to

accommodate Respondent No. 3 the petitioner has been transferred. It is further contended that the petitioner is a office bearer of Chhattisgarh Karmachari Sangh holding the post of General Secretary and she comes under the protected category and as per the transfer policy of the State government she cannot be transferred to other place.

Perused the documents and perusal of Annexure P-8 shows that on 23.08.2019 Respondent No. 3 was transferred from Bilaspur to JanjgirChampa and by impugned order dated 10.10.2019 the petitioner has been transferred from District Bilaspur to District Korea C.G. and Respondent No. 3 has again been transferred from District Jangir-Champa to District Bilaspur.

Apparently it appears that the petitioner is a office bearer of a Union and comes under protected category and moreover the transfer of the petitioner was to accommodate Respondent No. 3, therefore, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The representation so filed shall be decided by the Committee within further period of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the transfer order of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
