1. The present petition is by the husband of the deceased namely Smt. Swarnalata Shah who was in the employment of the CSPDCL. It is contended that presently because of certain dispute between the petitioner's husband and daughters the pension amount could not be released. Subsequently settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner's husband and daughters wherein the pension is decided to be availed by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that as per paragraph 8 of the reply, the pension case of the petitioner has been processed and would be decided within a period of 2 months.

3. Considering the submission made at this stage the dispute to entitlement of pension having been resorted Respondent No. 1 is directed to release the

payable pension to the petitioner within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
