On due consideration and finding the contents of the application to be satisfactory, WPS No. 4974/2018 is restored to its original number subject to the applicant curing the default as pointed out by the Registry in WPS No. 4974/18 within a period of 7 days from today.

With the aforesaid observation, the MCC stands allowed. No order as to costs.
