1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is subjected to frequent transfer and lastly he was transferred on 02.11.2019 (Annexure P-1) from Manendragarh to Baikuthpur C.G.

2. It is contended that the petitioner was initially transferred by an order dated

24.07.2018 from District Surajpur to District Korea. Thereafter, by the impunged order again on 29.08.2018 the petitioner has been again transferred from Rakshit Kendra-Baikunthpur to Police Station Charcha as Station House Officer. Thereafter on 04.01.2019 the petitioner was again transferred from Charcha to Police Station Patna and on 27.02.2019 the petitioner was again transferred from Patna to Charcha and thereafter again on 06.09.2019 the petitioner was transferred from Police Station Charcha to Police Station Mahendragarh and by the present transfer order the petitioner has been transferred from Manendragarh to Baikuthpur C.G.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is subjected to frequent transfers within a short span of one year. It is stated that there is no stigma attached to the petitioner, however, without any rhyme or reason he has been subjected to frequent transfers.

4. Perused the different documents and the transfer orders of the petitioner right from 24.07.2018 to 02.11.2019, which is the last order of transfer. Considering the fact that within a short span of one year, the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfers, it is directed that petitioner shall make a representation in this regard within a period of three weeks from today before the grievance redressal committee and the committee in turn shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 60 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the transfer order dated 02.11.2019 with respect to the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
