On due consideration and finding the contents of the application to be satisfactory, the MCC stands allowed and WPS No. 5860/2018 is restored to its original number subject to the applicant curing the default as pointed out by the Registry in WPS No. 5860/2018 within a period of 7 days from today. No order as to costs.
