1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is subjected to frequent transfer and lastly he was transferred on 04.11.2019 from Municipal Council, Gobra Nawapara, Raipur to Nagar Panchayat, Simga.

3. It is contended that on 25.01.2016 the petitioner was initially appointed at Magarlod-Bhainsmundi, District Dhamtari. Thereafter, after five months he was transferred on 13.06.2016 from Magarlod to Bhakhara. Subsequent thereto within two years he was again transferred on 12.03.2018 from Bhakhra to

Fingeshwari. Thereafter, after two months on 23.05.2018 he was transferred to Gobra Nawapara. Thereafter, he was again transferred from Gobra Nawapara to Simga on 04.11.2019. Therefore, the petitioner is subjected to frequent transfers within a short span of three years. It is stated that there is no stigma attached to the petitioner, however, without any rhyme or reason he has been subjected to frequent transfers.

4. Perused the different documents and the transfer orders of the petitioner right from 25.01.2016 to 04.11.2019, which is the last order of transfer. Considering the fact that within a short span of three years, the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfers, it is directed that petitioner shall make afresh representation in this regard within a period of 15 days from today before the grievance redressal committee and the committee in turn shall consider and decide the same in accordance with the transfer policy at the earliest preferably within a further period of 60 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the transfer order dated 04.11.2019 with respect to the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
