absence of applicant's counsel on 09.07.2018 when Writ Petition No. 1991 of 2005 was taken-up for hearing was based on bona fide grounds. (4) M.C.C. No. 939 of 2018, therefore, is allowed and Writ Petition No. 1991 of 2005 is restored to its original number.
