1. Both the appeals have been preferred by the same convict challenging the same judgment of conviction dated 04.10.2019 convicting him under Sections 302, 307 of the I.P.C. passed by the Sessions Judge, Kondagaon in ST No. 73/2016.

2. Since two appeals against same judgment of conviction is not maintainable, the subsequent appeal bearing CRA No.1623/2019 is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, CRA No. 1623/2019 is dismissed as not maintainable while CRA No.1564/2019 is admitted for hearing.
