1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 16.08.2017 passed in WPS 4637 of 2014.

2. The respondent on notice has entered appearance and submitted his reply and has also produced certain documents along with the reply by which it is shown that substantial compliance has already been made in as much as the pension, gratuity and group insurance fund etc have already released to the petitioner. So far as the GPF amount is concerned, counsel for the respondent submits that the instructions have already been sent to the Treasury Department for further release of the same to the petitioner.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the substantial compliance of the order has since

been done by the respondent and therefore, no contempt as such is made out.

4. If at all, if the petitioner is still aggrieved of certain payment/amount which have not been released to the petitioner and which according to him is still payable to the petitioner in the light of order dated 16.08.2017 passed by this Court in the writ petition 4637 of 2014. The petitioner would have to firstly approach the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievance and if his grievance still survives he would be at liberty to approach the court afresh.
