1. Present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the directives given by this Court on 25.07.2018 in WPS No. 753/2014.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not make a fresh representation to the respondents within the period prescribed by this Court and thus moved the present MCC for extending the said period.

3. Given the reasons in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would serve if the petitioner is granted another 30 days time for making the representation to the respondents and the respondents in turn on receipt of the said fresh representation shall decide the claim of

the petitioner on merits in accordance with the rules, regulations and the scheme applicable on the subject matter.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.

5. Let copy of this order be made part of the record of WPS No. 753/2014.
