Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Integrated Child Development Project, Takhatpur, District Bilaspur to Integrated Child Development Project, Pali, District Korba. She gave her joining at the transferred place at Pali, however no post is vacant and she is supervisor and 14 post are completely filled up, therefore she may be allowed to make a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee to change her place of posting.

Considering the fact and as per the set up sanctioned post are filled up as has been claimed, the petitioner though has complied the transfer order, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of three weeks from today before the Grievance Redressal Committee. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 60 days.
