Learned State counsel makes prayer for grant of extension of time for compliance of order dated 08.03.2018. Even if the Court, at this stage, is inclined to grant time, more than nine months have elapsed. The order of the Court has not been complied with till date on one pretext or the other. Therefore, in these circumstances, it is directed that if the case of the respondent is not considered by DPC within 45 days, this Court would be constrained to initiate contempt proceeding for willful disobedience of the order of the Court. With the liberty to the respondent/petitioner to file contempt petition if the order of the Court is not complied with within 45 days. The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
