1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Nagar Palik Nigam, Rajnandgaon to Nagar Panchayat Jaijaipur, District Janjgir Champa.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier transferred in the year 2016 from Municipal Corporation, District Rajnandgaon to Nagar Panchayat, Lawan, District Baloda Bazar, however, the same was cancelled. It is further submitted that the brother of the petitioner is suffering from cancer and wife of petitioner is also working in

District Rajanandgaon.

3. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to make a representation within a period of 15 days before the Grievance Redressal Committee from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the committee in turn shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 45 days.
