1. The only prayer made in this petition is to fast track the trial of criminal case No.4087/2017 for the offence punishable under section 379 IPC which arose out of Crime No.323 of 2015.

2. it is contended that the trial is pending since 10.12.2015 and till date the same is not concluded, therefore, the direction may be given to conclude the trial within a specified time.

3. It appears that two accused were charged, one of the accused is before this Court namely Anurag Bacchan and the other is Sanny Yadav. In any case, perusal of the order sheets shows that the trial is pending since 2015, therefore, under the circumstances, it is directed that

the trial Court shall conclude the trial within a further period of six months from the date of receipt of the order after following the due procedure.

4. With the above observation / direction, this petition stands disposed of.
