Agrawal Order On Board 13/11/2019 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act is pending consideration before the trial Magistrate since 26.10.2018 and after a lapse of period of one year there is no substantial progress in the trial and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that at it may, the trial Magistrate is directed to dispose of the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
