Counsel for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent and closure report has been submitted before the Court having jurisdiction. Therefore, this contempt petition be disposed off.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there was express order of this Court on 17.07.2019 to comply with the order within a period of two months, whereas, the compliance has been made after more than five months. Therefore, it is clear contempt, for which the respondent be proceeded with.

On behalf of the respondent, it is submitted that the respondent admits the delay in complying with the order for which he tenders

Page No.2 unconditional apology, before this Court.

Counsel for the petitioner then submits that if this Court is inclined to accept the apology of the respondent, in that case cost be imposed upon the respondent.

After hearing the submission and considering that the compliance has been though made by the respondent but that has been made after sufficient delay, therefore, the apology tendered by the respondent is accepted on condition that he shall make payment of Rs.2,000/- as cost, which shall be deposited before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Authority, within a week.

There is no further order to be complied with, therefore, this petition is disposed off.
