1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction to the respondent No.4 to submit the enquiry report which has been sought for by the respondent No.2.

2. At the outset, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Once when the respondent No.2 has passed certain directions to the respondent No.4, it is the responsibility of the respondent No.2 to ensure that orders passed by the respondent No.2 is obeyed or complied with by the Sub-ordinate Authority. In the event, if Sub-ordinate Officers do not obey or comply with such orders or commands, respondent No.2 is expected to take strong steps against such erring officers.

3. Reserving the right of the respondent No.2 to take appropriate steps with further directions to ensure that application of the petitioner pending before respondent No.2 for want of report of respondent No.4 is taken up at the earliest and decided in accordance with law.
