1. Heard.
2. The petitioner contends that the wife of the petitioner namely Smt. Indu Jaiswal died in harness on 08.12.2017. Subsequent thereto the petitioner had filed an application for compassionate appointment after two months, however, the same is not been decided. The petitioner therefore, prays that the respondent
No.3 may be directed to decide the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in accordance with the circular which is prevailing within a specified time. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to work as Panchayat Secretary.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without any observation on the merits of the case since the application of the petitioner is pending before the respondent No.3, the respondent No.3 is directed to decide the same within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
