1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Primary Health Center, Sariya, District - Raigarh to Primary Health Center, Chalgali, District - Balrampur, on administrative ground.

2. It is contended that the father and mother of petitioner who are aged about 65 years and 62 years are the dependents and they are treated for the aid of ailment and wife of the petitioner has also taking treatment in Odisha.

The petitioner shall be deprived of the medical support to the family members, therefore, the petitioner transfer may be cancelled.

3. Perused the documents. Considering the facts, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation before the concerned respondent with all the relevant documents within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the representation so made shall be decided within a further period of six weeks. Till then, the transfer in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to, if it has not been carried out till date.
