1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's land has been encroached and road has been constructed on it by respondent Nos.2 and 3 without initiating any land acquisition proceeding or giving compensation to the petitioner
for which the petitioner has also made representation before the respondent authorities but it has not been considered and decided till date, feeling aggrieved against which, this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's case expeditiously strictly in accordance with law and if the petitioner's land has been encroached and road has been constructed on it, then respondent No.2 shall do well to grant him compensation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
