The challenge in the present writ petition is to the advertisement dated 02/07/2018 against the post of Guest Faculty. 2.

On a query being put to the counsel appearing for the petitioner he would fairly submit that the advertisement has since acted upon and appointment of selected candidate also have been passed and who have also joined the duties. 3.

Given the said facts of the appointment have been made from the advertisement under challenge, this Court is of the opinion that entire writ petition renders infructuous as the notification and subsequent advertisement published

having been acted upon. Nothing further remains for adjudication, the writ petition stands disposed off.
