Heard on Application for Modification of the Order dated 18.09.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical mistake, Respondent No.1 & 2 has been shown as Chhattisgarh Board Of Secondary Education; whereas it has to be Central Board Of Secondary Education in both the description of Respondent No.1 & 2.

There is no objection from the other side.

After perusal of the order, it appears that CBSE has been wrongly shown as Chhattisgarh Board Of Secondary Education. Accordingly, the same is modified to the extent that the Respondent No.1 & 2 be read as Central Board Of Secondary Education instead of Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education. The rest part of the shall remain as it is. The necessary action shall now be carried out within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed off.
