This MCC has been filed by the applicant for restoration of Writ Petition(L) No. 7115 of 2008 which was dismissed by the Court for want of prosecution on 25.07.2018.

On due consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the reasons mentioned in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the absence of the applicant's counsel on 25.07.2018, when the Writ Petition (L) No. 7115 of 2008 was taken up for hearing, was based on bonafide grounds.

Accordingly, the M.C.C. No. 918 of 2018 is allowed and the Writ Petition (L) No. 7115 of 2008 is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
