The impugned order (Annexure-P-1) has been passed by the SDO (Revenue), Dabhra, District Janjgir-Champa under Section 40 (1) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993. The said order is appealable under Section 91 of the Adhiniyam, 1993, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. It is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a duly

constituted appeal in accordance with law.
