2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that because of the order (Annexure-P-1), the petitioners are not allowed to transfer their land within their own family.
3. Learned State Counsel would refer to paragraph 2 of the order (Annexure-P-1) to submit that the petitioners have the remedy of approaching the SDO (Revenue)-cum-Land Acquisition OfÏcer, Katghora for verification and permission to transfer the land.
4. At this Stage, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the petitioners will move before the SDO (Revenue) by filing an application in this regard.
5. Considering the entire facts' situation of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of with direction that if the petitioners file an application in this regard before the SDO (Revenue)-cumLand Acquisition OfÏcer, Katghora, District Korba within a period of 2 weeks from today, the said SDO (R) shall consider and decide the petitioners' application in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a further period of 6 weeks.
