1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Integrated Child Development Project, Seepat Masturi 2, District Bilaspur to Integrated Child Development Project, Chowki, District Rajnandgaon.

2. It is contended that at the time of transfer, the petitioner was suffering from Infective Hepatitis which would be evident from Annexure P-2 and the same ailment continued and she has been advised for rest by the Doctor and therefore under the critical medical condition, the petitioner may not get the adequate medical facility. It is further contended that the father of the petitioner has been recently expired, therefore, considering the same, the transfer of the petitioner may be considered/ canceled.

3. Perused the documents. Perusal of the document shows that the petitioner is suffering from Infective Hepatitis and she is being advised for medical treatment. Considering the medical documents, the petitioner is at liberty to make a detailed representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of three weeks, who in turn shall decide the same within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then, if the petitioner has not been relieved from the present place of posting, the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
