Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that by virtue of the order passed by this Court on 21.01.2019 in WPC No.133 (Shri Jug Mahadev Education Society vs Union of India and others), the petitioner has been allowed to admit 40 additional students for the BAMS Course and in that matter the State Government has agreed for extending the date of
counseling.

Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that in this view of the matter, the contempt petition need not be prosecuted further.

Considering the submission made, the contempt petition is disposed of.
