1. The limited relief that the petitioners have sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No. 2 & 3 to comply with the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) dated 06.08.2019.

2. The Contention of the petitioners is that the land belonging to the petitioners was taken in possession by the respondents No. 2 & 3 which was otherwise not reflected in the order passed under section 247 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code.

3. The Sub Divisional Officer, however, vide order dated 06.08.2019, has ordered the respondents No. 2 & 3 to pay appropriate

-2compensation to the petitioners for the land acquired and also to consider granting of appointment in view of the land belonging to the petitioners that has been acquired.

4. The Counsel for the petitioners submits that though, more than three months have passed, the order till date has not been complied with. Therefore, an appropriate direction be given to the respondents for necessary steps to be taken for compliance of the order of the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Annexure P-1.

5. Given the limited grievance of the petitioners, let respondent No. 2 & 3 take appropriate steps after due verification for compliance of the order dated 06.08.2019 in accordance with law, unless otherwise the said order is under challenge before some other competent Court of law. Let this exercise be concluded by the respondents at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
