1. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents for grant of dues payable to the petitioner arising out of the contract along with interest.

2. At the outset, this Writ Petition at this juncture in its given form may not be maintainable as the grievance of the petitioner seems to be non-releasing of money and the dues payable to him arising out of

-2work executed from a contract entered into between the petitioner and the respondents.

3. Let petitioner approach the authorities on the administrative side for ventilating his grievance, in case if the petitioner is not redressed. The petitioner would have the liberty to avail other remedies available. The petitioner submits that he has already made a representation to the Respondent No. 02 and 03, if that be so, let the Respondent No. 02 and 3 take appropriate steps in processing the claim of the petitioner and pass a suitable order on merit.
