1. Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.126/2019 registered at Police Station-Kanker, District - Kanker (C.G.), for offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant has preferred this second application for grant of anticipatory bail.

2. Heard on admission.

3. The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order dated 25.06.2019 passed in M.Cr.C(A) No.821/2019.

4. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the second bail application is rejected at motion stage.
