1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was a Forester and was sent on deputation to perform the duty of Deputy Forest Ranger and he worked from 10.02.2014 to 16.11.2015 but the salary was not been paid for the period for which he discharged his duty in Office of Deputy Forest Ranger. He further submits that he has made a representation before Respondent No.2, therefore, his representation shall be decided and the

salary for service rendered for the higher post may be disbursed.

2. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh representation before Respondent No. 2 giving entire details with all the relevant documents within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The representation so filed shall be decided by the respondent No. 2 within further period of 60 days.
