1. The petitioners are resident of the village Dumardih where Dumardih Tank is under construction. The petitioners would claim relief that construction of the said tank be stopped and the administrative approval for the said construction be cancelled.

2. The petitioners are not claiming any relief for their own benefit but they appear to have approached the Court pro bono. The writ petition is not duly constituted. The petitioners may file duly constituted WP(PIL).
