The present writ petition seems to be have been filed pursuant to bunch of writ petitions which were decided by this Court on different dates that is WPS No. 7126/2018, 7130/2018 decided on 29/10/2018. 2.

The contention of the petitioners is that they have pursuant to the order of posting has assumed their duties and while performing their duties, there is

all likelihood that the petitioners services may be affected in the event of the order dated 29/10/2018 passed by this Court being implemented. 3.

It is not a case where the posting of the petitioners till date have been disturbed by the respondents.

Given the said facts, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioners as of now.

Reserving the right of the petitioners to approach this Court in the event of any order adversely affecting the interest of the petitioners, at a later stage the writ petition stands disposed off.
