Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Primary School, Iragoda, Block Gunderdehi, District Balod to Government Primary School, Khertha Block Gurur, District Balod. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in order to accommodate respondent No.5 Ved Kumar Sahu who requested for transfer, he was posted at Government Primary School, Khertha and has been transferred to the place wherefrom the petitioner has been transferred. It is contended that in order to accommodate one teacher other teacher cannot be transferred.

Perused the document. The transfer list shows that name of respondent No.5 appears at serial No.9 wherein it is written that he has been transferred on his own request to place wherein the petitioner is

working whereas the petitioner has been transferred on the administrative ground. Considering the fact, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of 15 days from today before the Grievance Redressal Committee. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 45 days. Till then the transfer order dated 12/07/2019 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to if it has not been implemented.
