1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction to the respondents for considering the case of the petitioner for grant of Kramonnati which is due to on completing requisite length of service required on a particular post.

2. According to the petitioner he was appointed as early as in the year 1998. By now he has put in about 21 years of service and right from the time of

appointment till date the petitioner works on the post of Lecturer and till date he has not received any benefit of even single Kramonnati, whereas he should have by now got two kramonnati.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, let respondent No. 2 & 3 consider the case of the petitioner for Kramonnati and pass an appropriate order within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
