1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the advertisement dated 25.07.2018.

2. In the pre-lunch session, this Court had directed the State counsel to seek instructions and appraise the Court as to the present situation.

3. The State counsel on instructions submits that the advertisement has since been acted upon and one Dr. Jitendra Kumar Sahu has already been appointed and he has also given joining vide order dated 14.08.2018.

4. Given the said facts that the advertisement under challenge has already been acted upon and the selected candidate also having joined, this
