For the reasons stated in the application, the petitioner in person prays that the petition may be restored to its original number, so that, he may get an opportunity to assail correctness of the order of punishment. 3.

Having considered the submissions and taking into consideration the contents of the application, I consider it proper to restore the case on its original number, so that the petitioner gets an opportunity to contest the matter on its own merits. 4.

Accordingly, the MCC No.1035 of 2019 is allowed and the WPS No.3850 of 2012 is restored to its original number and be listed for hearing. However, this restoration is subject to the conditions that the petitioner is required to file proper affidavit, as directed earlier, within two weeks.
