1. Informant Smt. Leelavati is absent, though notice has been served upon her.

2. This is third bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

3. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant was dismissed for want of prosecution on 19.03.2019 in MCRC No.889 of 2019. His second bail application was rejected on 02.05.2019 passed in MCRC No. 2037 of 2019 considering prima facie case against him.

4. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail petition. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible.

5. Accordingly, instant bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible preferably within 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
