1. The matter was taken up in the first half, when this Court had asked the State counsel to seek instructions, so far as the advertisement under challenge in the present case i.e. 10th of July, 2018.

2. The State counsel, on seeking instructions from the department, produced before the Court an order dated 31.07.2018, whereby the selected candidates from the said advertisement have been granted appointments. He also produced a document dated 02.08.2018, wherein the selected persons have also given a joining.

3. Given the said facts, since the advertisement under challenge has already been acted upon and the selected persons have also been appointed and

-2given joining, the present writ petition in its present form would not be sustainable.
