1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the advertisement dated 25.07.2018 for appointment of a Guest Faculty.
2. In pre-lunch session, this Court had directed the State counsel to seek instructions in respect of the present status of the case.
3. The State counsel on instructions submits that the advertisement has been acted upon and the selected candidate namely Dayanidhi has already been issued with an order of appointment dated 20.08.2018. Pursuant to which she has also given a joining on 23.08.2018.
-24. In view of the same, the substantial grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition renders infructuous.
5. Reserving the right of the petitioner to ventilate her grievance separately, so far as the monetary benefits, if any, with the respondents by approaching the authorities, the present writ petition in its present form stands disposed off.
