Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 25/01/2019 Though the case is listed for orders on application for condonation of delay, this Court found that earlier, the writ petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed perforce peremptory order.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is in a position to file fresh petition with all necessary documents.
In that view of the matter, this MCC is closed. The applicant would be at liberty to file fresh petition along with all necessary documents including the relevant information which was sought but not submitted before the Court in earlier round of proceedings.
