The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for registration of FIR against respondent No. 5- Smt. Devaki Uike on the basis of complaint made by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ petition, FIR No. 0102 dated 22.09.2019 has already been registered against respondent No. 5- Smt. Devaki Uike at Police Station- Pachpedi, District- Bilaspur (C.G.), therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
