This petition has been brought praying for modification in the order dated 28-08-2019 passed by this Court in WPCR No. 253 of 2019. 2.

It is submitted that in paragraph 11 of the impugned order there is mention of Central Jail, Bilaspur which is erroneous which should have been Central Jail, Raipur.

The title of the petition also shows that the petitioner was lodged in

Page No.2 Raipur Central Jail. Therefore, for this reason the prayer made in this petition is allowed. It is ordered that in the fifth line of paragraph No.11 of the aforesaid order dated 28-08-2019 words mentioned 'Central Jail, Bilaspur' be now read as 'Central Jail, Raipur' hereinafter. 4.

Copy of this order be made part of the order dated 28-08-2019 passed in WPCR No. 253 of 2019.
