2. Arjun Subhi S/o Mangala Subhi, aged about 24 years; Both are residence at village Jabagarh P.S. Machkud Post Bilaput, District Koraput (Odisha) In original application wrongly mentioned (R/o village Arandi, P.S. Korar, District North Bastar Kanker (C.G.)) ---- Petitioners

Versus

• State Of Chhattisgarh, Through : The Police Station Keshkal, District Kondagaon (C.G.) ---- Respondent For Petitioner :

Shri P.K. Tulsyan, Advocate For Respondent :

Shri Sameer Sharma, Dy. G.A.

Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board 18/11/2019 1.

The petitioners have filed this CRMP seeking modification in the order dated 22.10.2019 passed in M.Cr.C.No.4390/2019 with regard to address of the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in M.Cr.C.No.4390/2019, the address of the petitioners has wrongly been mentioned by him as 'R/o village Arandi, P.S. Korar, District North Bastar Kanker (C.G.)', whereas, as per the record, the correct address of the petitioners is "R/o village

Jabagarh, P.S. Machkud, Post Bilaput, District Koraput (Odisha)."

3.

I have gone through the impugned order and perused the record available in M.Cr.C.No.4390/2019.

4.

From perusal of record, it appears that the correct address of the petitioner is 'R/o village Jabagarh, P.S. Machkud, Post Bilaput, District Koraput (Odisha)'. Thus, the error with regard to address of the petitioners is apparent on the face of the record which needs to be rectified.

5.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the order in question the address of the petitioners be read as "R/o village Jabagarh, P.S. Machkud, Post Bilaput, District Koraput (Odisha)." instead of 'R/o village Arandi, P.S. Korar, District North Bastar Kanker (C.G.)'.

6.

The copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioners along with MCRC No.4390/2019. 7.

With the modification as aforesaid, CRMP stands disposed of.
