1. For the reason that daughter of the petitioner's brother namely; Ku. Anjali is under treatment at a Hospital situated at Akola (Maharashtra), learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move duly constituted writ petition before the jurisdictional High Court.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra.
