Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the criminal case pending against the respondent No.2 has concluded and the respondent No.2 has been acquitted.

Counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that after acquittal of the respondent No.2, the petitioner had preferred an acquittal appeal, which has also been dismissed, therefore, this present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above submissions made, this petition is dismissed and disposed of as having become infructuous.
