1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Pre-Metric Scheduled Tribe Boys Hostel, Wadrafnagar, District Balrampur to Pre-Metric Scheduled Tribe Boys Hostel, Ambikapur District Surguja vide order dated 22.08.2019 thereafter on 03.10.2019 though the petitioner was again posted to Pre-Metric Scheduled Tribe Boys Hostel, Ambikapur, District Surguja and thereafter on 25.10.2019 the petitioner has

been placed at Prayas Residential School, Ambikapur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that wherein the petitioner was transferred within one year the said post is not vacant i.e. at Prayas Residential School, Ambikapur which is also running a hostel.

3. Considering the grievance raised by the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation before the concerned authority within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The representation so filed shall be decided by the respondent within further period of 45 days.
